Since 1982, Sangam Plastic Industries has made caps and closures in Chennai alongside its HDPE bottles and jars. The company started with inner plugs, bottles and caps. Today we supply CT caps (continuous-thread screw caps) and CRC caps (child-resistant closures) for tablet containers, plus ribbed, knurled, flip-top, pilfer-proof, tear-off seal and measuring caps.
Because the closures are designed to match our own containers, you can source the bottle, cap, inner plug and induction seal liner from one ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 15378 certified manufacturer. Neck sizes in our range run from 40 mm to 97 mm, in white, black and custom colours.

Do you make CRC (child-resistant) caps?
Yes. We supply CRC caps and child-lock caps, and our tablet container necks are compliant with child-resistant caps.
What are CT closures?
CT stands for continuous thread: a standard screw-on cap. We make CT caps in plain, ribbed and knurled styles to fit our bottles and jars.

Can you supply induction seal liners and inner plugs?
Yes. Inner plugs and induction seal liners/wads give leak-proof, tamper-evident sealing.

Yes. Sangam Plastic Industries is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (quality management) and ISO 15378 (primary packaging materials for medicinal products, with GMP).

Our head office is in Padi, Chennai, with factories at Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai (Unit 1) and Neduvarampakkam, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District (Unit 2). We supply customers across India and abroad.
